Classes and who can join

Muay Thai is for everyone, all ages, shapes and all sizes. We offer training to Kids, ladies, beginners and experienced fighters

Kids Class (6-12 years)
Training days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 5pm – 5:45pm
Price: R150.00per month
Contract Fee R 100.00per contract period
Affiliation Fee: R 100.00per year
No Fighting allowed for Kids under the age of 13

Beginners Class (13 and older)
Training Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 6pm- 8:30pm
Price R 380.00pm
Contract Fee R 100.00per contract period
Affiliation Fee: R 100.00per year

Fighters Class (13 and older Graded Students only)
Training Days: Tuesday and Thursday (Graded Students may use the gym through out the week)
Time: 6pm- 8:30pm

How do I join? Give us a call or fill out our application form and schedule a free lesson.

Do I need any previous experience to join? No previous experience needed, we will teach you all that is needed

What do I need to bring with me? Trainers, water, sweat towel, extra shirt, any boxing equipment you may have.

Is it compulsory to fight? Because Mauy Thai is designed for self defense, fighting is not compulsory. As a ring sport, however, Mauy Thai regularly out-performs Karate, Judo, Akido and many other martial art form. Light sparring in classes is necessary for progress in your Muay Thai
